DIAL: Signed: MEYLAN . This dial has large black numbers, gun metal blued steel hands, and register at the top. This is a slide chronograph used for timing by pilots , bomb drops , torpedo firing , and other precision uses in the military. The crystal has yellowed and needs replaced.
