Mouthpiece for Alto Saxophone. We are selling the rare Otto Link ligature that came with it. 

Made of burnished Gold Plated bell metal.

Rare!  We believe this came off an Alto saxophone. It looks in great condition! Please see pictures. We had a musician test this. He said it has a "darker sound"  and it is not that loud. .
