On the bottom: In addition to the porcelain mark, you can read the following, "5415 / c" / "7" / "D 97" in three lines beneath the porcelain mark and "161" by the hole. All the markings appear to be made by Herend.
The Boy on Goose figurine does not appear to be in production per the Herend website, so it appears that this figurine has been discontinued.
