This paint was copied form an original Single Decal M40 Luftwaffe Helmet. The Germans started to paint M40 Luftwaffe helmets this color and continued to use the same color on M42 helmets. If you are looking to do an early mid/late war Luftwaffe impression and want the 100% correct color for your M40 or M42 helmet this is it!  The color is exact!  The spray paint comes in a 12 oz. can, goes on Smooth (you have to add the texture) and can paint about 2-3 helmets depending on size and coats of paint.
