The Rossignol Hero 65 is an outstanding boot for young, growing, performance skiers. It has a cool "race" inspired look, and it is not simply a "cheap as possible" constructed, little kid boot. But it is also not just a downsized adult boot. It is a true junior model that comes in sizes to fit the "tweener" who often has trouble finding the right fit and performance level as he or she transitions from entry level junior into adult. It offers a softer flex pattern, and light weight construction that is appropriate for teenagers who haven't fully developed into their full adult size and strength yet. The low volume shell fits narrower feet quite well, and has all the adjustment and performance features a good, growing skier should have. This boot in the Hero race collection is almost identical to the TMX 60 in Rossignol's line, with perhaps just a tad bit stiffer flex.
Fit is the most important issue for any skier when choosing a boot, and the biggest challenge for younger skiers is that they often have a very narrow, lower volue foot. The Hero 65 offers a true lower volume shell, with a very anatomical shape. The narrow heel section offers good hold for a narrow, low volume foot, but also flairs out into a wider, roomier toe box for all day comfort and warmth. All four buckles are micro adjustable, as they should be on any boot, to allow for fine tuning of the buckle tension for a comfotable fit as the day progresses. Also included is a Velcro power strap at the top of the liner to keep the boot in contact with the leg as it flexes, and to minimize shin pressure.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
• Buyer must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) from Proskiguy
and display it on the outside of the box, next to the shipping label in large block
print.
• In an exchange transaction, buyer will be responsible for actual shipping cost of
replacement item from Proskiguy.
• Original outbound shipping cost from Proskiguy on the return for exchange item
will be forgiven.
• All exchanged items must be in their original condition, with original packaging
and all factory tags and labels still attached.
• Return for exchange will usually not be allowed on skis when our premount
service was chosen, and so have their bindings installed on the skis. Contact us if
you wish to exchange premounted skis, as we can sometimes make exceptions.
RETURN FOR REFUND
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
• BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF OUTBOUND SHIPPING. Original outbound
shipping cost from Proskiguy to buyer will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Even if the item was sold with free shipping, this actual cost of shipping will not be
refunded.
• Buyer must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) from Proskiguy
and display it on the outside of the box, next to the shipping label in large block print.
• Refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If purchase
payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal. If
payment was made via phone using a credit card, refund will be processed through
our in store terminal directly to that same credit card.
• All exchanged items must be in their original condition, with original packaging
and all factory tags and labels still attached.
• Return for refund will not be allowed on skis where our premount service was
chosen, and so have their bindings installed on the skis.
• Any item returned for refund may be subject to a restock fee. If that is the case,
we will let you know what that fee will be when the RA# request is received.
WARRANTY ISSUES
If you believe you have a warranty issue, we want to help. Drop us an email or give
us a call and explain your problem. We believe it is our job to act as your advocate
in the event of a product failure. However, warranty decisions are solely made by
the manufacturer of the item. Only the manufacturer can decide if a warranty claim
is valid, and how to satisfy that claim. But, we are here to help you, and will do our
best to get your product problem solved.
