All merchasndise that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from the description will be handled promptly and granted a replacement or refund (buyers choice). I may ask that you send a few pictures for record, should claims to carriers be necessary. No drama, just solutions. Returns or exchanges may also be made on merchandise that is unopened, and factory sealed and is shipped back with all original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied, as well as deductions for missing parts and/or packaging. There are absolutely NO Returns, Refunds, partial or full, or Exchanges for claims of damaged or imperfect slipcovers. Please ask to see a photograph of the item you wish to purchase. It will be carefully wrapped upon approval so no additional damage can be done to it. NO returns, refunds, or exchanges for expired Digital Codes. Digital Codes are not guaranteed to work from every listing. Inquire about expiration dates of codes before making a purchase. They often are valid past expiration date.
