All Turtle Mats are machine washable up to 40°. The mats become more absorbent after each wash & can even be tumble dried.

Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day returns policy - if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or full refund. Please contact us by calling 01394 284685 quoting the item number & reason for return

Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage costs on items that are not faulty

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS - We check all of our items before they are dispatched to ensure everything is in perfect condition.  In the unlikely event of receiving something faulty or damaged please contact us by phone to arrange coarse of action. You may be required to provide photographic verification of the damage/fault.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued within 30 days of receipt with no exceptions

We reserve the right not to issue a refund if item and packaging are not in a satisfactory condition when returned

Delivery Details

All delivery prices shown are for UK Mainland delivery only. For International sales, Highlands, Islands and Northern & Southern Ireland - Please message the shop for a quote

We aim to dispatch all items within 3 - 5 working days, so please allow 5 - 7 working days for actual delivery

Shipping is sometimes by courier depending on the size of the parcel and  may need to be signed for

In some circumstances delivery may take up to 10 days
