This is in very good condition with only spotted storage marks on the top edge that I think with a soaking or professional cleaning these would fade. This is not a pillowcase, but a flat pillow cover that sets on top. This has the crochet on the bottom edge, and the sides and top do not have any crochet. This measures 33" X 61" not including the crochet. The crochet measures an additional 7". Please look closely at my photos for details. Item 1-17-18-L5
