Founded in Berlin in late 2012, Autobahn Outlaw are the newest bad boys in the global rock n roll circus.
Lutz Vegas (V8 Wankers) from Offenbach on vocals, Steve “Kingy” King (Rose Tattoo) from Sydney on bass, Ronnie Simmons (The Art) on lead guitar and Steve Woodward (The Licks) on drums, both live in LA and rock up and down Hollywood Boulevard. Additionally, Luke Le Duke, the rhythm guitarist of the V8 Wankers, completes the Global Dream Team on slide guitar. Autobahn Outlaw are mostly influenced by traditional rock 'n' roll, tattoos, pin-ups, motorcycles and American cars with big V8 engines. A wild mix of traditional Aussie and European speed rock with a touch of Hollywood is the order of the day.
The debut album “RU12?” was recorded in the StereoBlue Studio right next to the A5 motorway in Friedberg (Hessen) and is not the only reason why it is driving in the fast lane at maximum speed and in the highest gear.
The band's logo was designed by renowned American lowbrow artist Dirty Donny. The worldwide release of the album is on April 24th. October 2014 via Golden Core/ ZYX . The video for the smash hit “Black Belt”, which was filmed in Sydney / Australia, will be released at the same time as the album release.
