If we do not receive the details required from you within 2 working days then we will dispatch the item without a name. Your order will be sent with 2nd class postage, unless upgraded at checkout to 1st class, tracked or special delivery. We will do everything possible to get your order out in good time but the delivery date given by eBay is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Paper is provided lightly folded and is packaged in a plastic bag and a bubble wrap envelope.
We are unable to personalise the gift tags as they are pre-printed. The gift tags will match the background that you choose and a plain background comes with a 'Happy Birthday' gift tag.
