This is a Chrome 27.2mm lay back seat post with support and 7/8" top. This Size is used on some BMX, Mountain Bikes, Hybrids, Cruiser, Chopper, and Road bikes. 27.2mm is the Diameter and inserts into the appropriate size frame seat tube hole. This Seat post supplies about 5 1/2" of seat post offset, that's approx 5 1/2" back. The Seatpost will have a about 7 inches of rise and goes 5 1/2 inches back when fully inserted. The Seatpost top is 7/8' which accommodates most all new cruiser seat clamps. I have supplied you info on this item, it is always recommended you measure your existing post to be sure and to have a good general knowledge of bicycle mechanics. Seat Post should be inserted a minimum of 3", before use you should always inspect your bicycle for damage, don't force the post as your bike may have rust or a post stuck in it that needs to be cleared, use grease to protects from seizing and rust.
