For sale is a vintage book, Home Town History: The Evansville, Indiana Area, A Photo Timeline. It is signed on the title page by the author, Harold Morgan. In this hard-to-find 286-page soft-cover book, Morgan will tell you of the Ice Ages, the area's Native Indians, the early Hugh McGary years and the growth of the Tri-State through the great 1978 blizzard. The book is photo- and caption-based; the format is in timeline order. There are more than 700 historic photos, most of which had never been seen by the general public. This book is a first edition, copyright 2009, and should be in every Hoosier's library.
