Vintage Tonka pressed steel State Hi-Way Dept. orange road grader. Grader is in good condition with wear, edge wear and paint loss as pictured. Two new blue lights and an exhaust stack have been added. One hub is missing from the rear tire. Please see all pics to help determine over all condition as they are part of the description.
