WARRANTIES

 We guarantee that we sell fine gold, pure or sterling silver, natural genuine diamonds and natural gemstones unless stated otherwise in the auction (synthetic and lab created gems will be indicated). 

All our jewelry can be sized and customized after purchase has been cleared. Please let us know in advance for sizing. No refunds on sized and customized jewelry at any circumstances. 

 SHIPPING and HANDLING

All item(s) are shipped USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of receiving payment and will arrive to you within 3-5 business days.  

If you need an item(s) overnight we charge up to $58.00 including insurance (item(s) up to $2,000 in value) via USPS. Other services can be requested, please ask for quote. 

We also ship worldwide, the shipping cost will be determined on the destination. All international shipments can be expected to arrive within 15-35 business days.  

International shipments are subject to customs delays, which can sometimes exceed the expected delivery time. We are not responsible for such delays. 

We are not responsible for your country border or customs taxes; please check with your local post office and government for such charges. 

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns (at your own expense for shipping costs) if you contact us within 3-14 days after receiving the item. Jewelry that has been sized or customized by request is non-refundable. 

Refund will be issued by store credit, exchange or money refund. Item(s) must be returned to us in the same unworn condition as received. 

If the item(s) received damaged by post office, please give us details and pictures of damaged box(s) and item(s). Damaged item(s) by buyer will be repaired at buyer’s expense and returned back to the buyer. 

No refund will be issued for damaged merchandise.

If item(s) returned back to us after 30 days since purchase day, we will charge 15% re-stocking fee.
