Condition: Fresh and exceedingly rare Spanish colonies judicial pairs of imperf stamps, both with hand stamped: 'Habilitado Por La Nacion' with one correct orientation and the other inverted as shown...minimal mixed condition as is typical for stamps from this era...please see scans for presentation and details (2 scans of the front shown so both orientations of the hand stamps can be seen...these were included in an advanced Philippines collection...unlisted in the Edifil catalog...
