We will then simply refund or replace any damaged tiles for you.
All orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched on the next working day delivery service. Please note this is not a guaranteed next-day service and delays are possible due to human error or mechanical failure such as a delivery van breaking down. Please also allow extra time during busy periods such as the Easter and Christmas periods when couriers do get very busy.
