All items bought and paid before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day.
Unfortunately we cannot post on Saturday.
We always use Royal Mail second class post to help keep costs down but if want your item more quickly then we can send first class.
All overseas items will be posted Royal mail small parcels.

Our preferred method of payment is paypal as this offers both the buyer and seller protection on all purchases. We do accept cheques and postal orders, please make these payable to Anne Haynes.


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund. Please ensure that all tags are still attached and in the same condition so we can re-sell the item.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
