This will work in any 97-03 F150 and 04 "Heritage" F150's  It will only work if your truck was equipped with a compass and thermometer in the overhead computer.  Some trucks only has a compass and this will not work in those trucks(the compass only trucks had a digital heater control and the outside temperature would be displayed at the heater controlls. 

Will not work for the sunroof equipped trucks as they used a different case.
