Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. We do file an unpaid item case if payment is not received within 7 days.

Shipping

We ship first class mail up to 16 ounces. Priority mail is an option but must be selected and paid for in order for t-shirts to ship faster. Items weighing more than 16 ounces are shipped via priority mail.

Terms of Sale

PERSONALIZED items are non-refundable and not returnable. Please make sure your measurement sizing is correct. If you are unsure of size order a size up. If we make a mistake shipping the item or personalizing the item, we will accept the return and refund, otherwise no exceptions since these items are custom made to order .
