This is a beautiful early Waterman eyedropper fountain pen with sterling filigree overlay. It is 5 1/2" long. It is in good used condition. The silver on both the cap and barrel are marked sterling. I can't find any other markings. The item will weigh approximately 5 oz. when packed.
