Filter has been used, but it is in good condition. It is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. Problem is with coating. It seems that it is coming off from age. Glass is not damaged, but coating is damaged. It should not affect image quality though...  I would rate it an 5 on a scale from 1 to 10.
