This listing is for a lovely blue and white decorated novelty trinket dish or pen tray from the Williamsburg Collection and was made in Portugal by Mottehedeh. The top is decorated with "As Time flies, Let FRIENDSHIP stay". Marked on bottom copyright "Williamsburg, Mottehedeh, Portugal". This dish is new, unsold stock purchased around 2000 and has been packed in storage. 

Measures 1" high, 5 3 /4" long and 4" wide. Weighs 5 ounces. 

This nice dish is in excellent condition with no flaws.
