This auction is for a crossing station building in N scale, as pictured. Built-up from a Retired* kit by POLA (I think). It includes "half-timber" and "cut stone" construction, a tile roof, and a section of yard with fencing, a barrel and a hand signal. 

*This structure has been retired for a long time and is hard to find.

The dimensions are 2 1/8" W x 2" D x 1 3/4" H.

Except where described as being new or newly-built, the items I'm offering are "gently used" (still in good condition and ready to be used again).

I try to offer a wide variety of N scale model railroad items every week, including buildings, figures, lights and signals, track and track accessories, landscaping material and other scenic details. I try to fix any major problems an item might have before I list it and I often include pictures showing multiple angles so you can better see what you're bidding on. Penny Auctions: Unlike some sellers who only start their auctions at one penny if the item they're selling has major problems of one sort or another, I list everything I sell with a penny starting price so that my customers always get to determine the final price.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Despite what that message from eBay's Message Automaton says, yes I do combine shipping charges for buyers with multiple wins. Please wait until ALL of my auctions end before you pay and I will send you your combined invoice directly. If you don't wait for my combined invoice, eBay itself will eat a lot of that excess shipping you've paid and reduce the amount of any post-payment refund I'm able to issue.
