Description: This is an original Rochester Quadrajet four barrel carburetor for 1970 Buick 455 applications. This carburetor has been used and is being sold as a core for rebuilding purposes. I have not tested this carburetor as I do not have the proper equipment to do so. The structural condition appears to be OK, with no noticeable cracks or breaks. This was removed from an intake many years ago and has been sitting on the shelf since. The flange is stamped with part number 7040240 and date code 2319. Overall, with some work this will make great replacement for your badly damaged or missing part. Do not miss out on this hard to find part for your classic.
