I have never seen one of these before. It is a rare find for Humphrey Bogart fans.

This is a rare recording of two of Humphrey Bogart's special radio broadcasts. He made only a few of these broadcasts with his fellow stars while his films were popular in theatres. I do not have dates for the broadcasts because this is a special edition recording made "expressly for members of the Humphrey Bogart Memorial Society". So that puts the production date after January, 1957. The two broadcast recording are:

The Maltese Falcon. Side 1. Bogart, Mary Astro and Sidney Greenstreet. Dramatic presentation of the classic story.

Love's Lovely Counterfeit. Side 2. A radio adaption of the memorable James M. Cain novel. The album does not list credits for this presentation.

This 12" x12", LP-1 record is produced by Command Performance Records "expressly for members of the Humphrey Bogart Memorial Society".  It is a limited edition release that I found online. See Condition Description for details. The photo sheet on the back cover appears to have been printed on a separate piece of paper and pressed over an existing back cover. This may be to accommodate the credit for the members of the memorial society. At the bottom of the back are the bottoms of frames of some other photos. They are indistinguishable.

The front photo is Bogart's classic promo pohoto with the Maltese Falcon. The back cover features three photos of Bogart in film scenes from The Maltese Falcon with Mary Astor and Sydney Greenstreet. His co-stars on the broadcast.
