HOW TO REPLACE THE FILTER
  1. Press the button of filter holder and carefully open the cartridge cover.
  2. Pull down the filter downward and remove it by rotating it to the left.
  3. Write the installation date on the new filter as a reminder of replacing the filter within 6 months.
  4. Remove the sealing label on the top and insert the filter into the filter holder.
  5. Insert the filter into manifold hole until it stops.
  6. Rotate the filter to the right until it stops and is locked in place.
  7. Close the cartridge cover and run water through the dispenser for 5 minutes for cleaning the system.
  8. Reset the water filter system.
 
Replacement Period: Every 6 Month’s or 300 gallons (1136 liters)
 
CAUTION
  1. Do not use this filter with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection
  2. Install on cold water lines only
  3. Filter cartridge must be replaced every 6 months, at rated capacity or sooner if a noticeable reduction in flow rate occurs.
  4. After replacing the filter cartridge, run water through the cartridge for 5 minutes (about 2.5 gallons) to purge the system.

This Qlear refrigerator water filter contains a compressed carbon block which provides tremendous capacity to remove and/or reduce impurities and sediment that may be present in your drinking water.
