Welcome to Antiques & Moore!

This listing is for a nice early 20th Century English E.P.N.S. pocket flask with hinged top. The flask has a crescent moon shape with the only decoration being an engraved 3-letter Art Deco style monogram "L A C" on center front. The hinge is tight and the top opens and closes securely. Marked "Yates, E.P.N.S." John Yates & Sons was founded in Birmingham in 1879. The stamp E.P.N.S. stands for electro-plated nickel silver. Since nickel silver has no actual silver content, it does not have value like solid silver thus this pocket flask is being sold as a functional flask and not for investment purposes.

Measures 5" long (including cap), 4 1/8" long (flask only), 4 1/2" wide and 1" deep (at center front). Weighs 9.7 ounces.

The flask is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minimal signs of actual wear.

We welcome International buyers, however, we as sellers cannot be responsible for random Customs inspections or any charges incurred as a result of this purchase.
