Australian Orders: Most orders are delivered by Australia Post. All of our shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. Estimated delivery time 5-10 working days from date of shipment. 

International Orders: Goods are delivered by Australia Post using your choice of the following shipping options: Standard Post with Signature – $15.00 for all value orders. Estimated delivery time 7-22 days from date of shipment. Parcel tracking is included. For more information on shipping times and options, please visit www.auspost.com.au. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of any full priced product(s), please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a return and a refund for the full purchase price of the goods. Returns must be in as new condition, in original packaging with all tag and labels attached.

We are unable to accept returns on used products, and any used goods sent to us for a return or exchange will be returned to you at your expense or discarded. We do not accept responsibility for goods being returned that are lost in transit. We are also unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds on International Orders unless the product is deemed to be faulty by Inside Out Safety.
