The SIMPLICITY PATTERN Co. Inc. started producing patterns in 1927. They set out to produce and easy-to-use, lower priced pattern for all to be able to afford, and make fashionable clothing. It was one of the fastest growing pattern companies.
Here is SIMPLICITY Pattern - 3731 for TEEN AND JUNIOR ONE-PIECE DRESS WITH TWO SKIRTS AND TOP. Pattern has never been used. It is COMPLETE and includes INSTRUCTIONS. I can not find a date but probably the 1960's.
