Description:
The brand new series of Doctor Who marks the arrival of
Jodie Whittaker, the 13th Doctor – a super-smart force of nature –
alongside a new team of friends. Already highly anticipated, the
new-look series heralds a brand-new era for Doctor Who with a
world-class team at the helm led by showrunner Chris Chibnall. The
show will be full of action and adventure, humour and thrills, an
unmissable adventure across all of space and time.
Doctor Who – Series
11 (2018):
The eleventh series of the British science fiction
television programme Doctor Who premiered on 7 October 2018 and
concluded on 9 December 2018. The series is the first to be led by
Chris Chibnall as head writer and executive producer, alongside
executive producers Matt Strevens and Sam Hoyle.
The series introduces Jodie Whittaker as the Thirteenth Doctor. The
series also introduces Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole, and Mandip Gill as
the Doctor's newest travelling companions, Graham O'Brien, Ryan
Sinclair and Yasmin Khan, respectively.
The series follows the Thirteenth Doctor as she initially searches
for her lost TARDIS, inadvertently bringing Graham, Ryan and Yasmin
with her on her travels, who later contemplate returning to their
normal lives but decide to continue travelling with the Doctor.
Rather than an overall story arc similar to previous series', each
episode of the series served mostly as a standalone story.

gravity field, the group and pilots meet with the race's
organiser Ilin, using a long-distance hologram. Both pilots
learn that the race's final event involves reaching an
object referred to as the Ghost Monument for extraction
before the planet completes a single rotation. A curious
Doctor learns from Ilin's data that it is the TARDIS, stuck

time travel device. Deciding to investigate, the group learn
that they have arrived the day before Rosa Parks refused to
give up her seat as bus driver James F. Blake demanded on 1
December, effectively influencing the civil rights movement.
Tracing the energy, the group locate a suitcase of equipment
from the future, but are unable to learn more when its male
owner forces them to flee. The Doctor suspects he is

Hello :-)
IMPORTANT DVD INFORMATION FOR MY AUSTRALIAN, NEW
ZEALAND &
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS:
As per the auction these are US/Canadian Region 1
DVDs (see map above) and
you need a multi-regional (multi-zone) DVD
player to play them!
BUT don't panic just yet :-)
Many DVD players are easy to unlock.
Let me know the brand and model number of your DVD player so I see if
there is a simple unlock code for your player.
Many of my non-US/Canadian customers chose to play or copy these DVDs on a
PC before playing them.
I also see there are many economical Multi Region DVD players on EBay
($35-50).
Just do a search if you wish.
It seems a shame to let go of this great DVD set.
Cheers :-) |
