Combined
Shipping Information: We will combine shipping for a 3-day period. In order to
take advantage of combine shipping, you must wait to receive an invoice with
combined shipping charges at the end of the auction. We can combine anything
that we can fit into one shipping box.
We do not combine shipping on our glass
carboys they need to be shipped by themselves because of size and to prevent
breakage. We do however replace them if they should break during shipping at no
cost to you 1 time
We take pride in the urgent way we
handle orders. Most are shipped the same day they are placed if placed before
12:00 E.P.T. Orders that are placed after 12.00 pm or on the weekends/Holidays
will be shipped on the next business day. An exception to this would be
"Special Order" or out of stock items. We order every week.
These items are shipped the same day we receive them, typically within a week.
An email confirmation containing the package's tracking number will be sent to
you when your order ships through EBay.
We do have 5 stores located in the Ohio
area, Zanesville, McConnellsville, Nelsonville, New Lexington, and Crooksville.
Sometimes we will need to get your item from one of our others stores if it has
been a busy week. We only ship from our Zanesville store.
We
try always to only charge you actual shipping cost there are no hidden fees. If you feel you
were over charged please contact us and we will look into it and refund if we
have overcharged you or provide the information showing you the cost from the
shipping company. Please do not just rate us bad if you feel you were over
charged, shipping cost have gone up contact us first. If you make payment prior
to receiving an invoice with combined shipping charges, then no refund will be
given for overpayment.

Shipping
We ship with both USPS and UPS
depending on size and cost. You may have to provide a regular street address if
your PayPal account only gives us a P.O. Box number. Large Items such as
carboys, ECT. Need to be shipped by themselves because of size and breakage.
UPS will not pay for broken glass items. Please contact us if this occurs we do
replace your item if it breaks (once) in shipping, or If you find any problems when you receive
your item/s, please contact us immediately, We will always try make things
right.
Items will be shipped within 3 business
days of receiving cleared payment.
We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

Packaging
We take great pride in packaging
your order so that it arrives safely. However, in the rare occurrence that you
experience a damaged shipment, we will happily resolve the situation for you.
Any damages must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your shipment
and photo documentation will be required for replacement or reimbursement.
Replacement items will be shipped through the same shipping service that
was originally purchased by the buyer
First, please make sure that you have
allowed the appropriate amount of time shown above for your package to be
delivered based on your location and the shipping service you selected. If your
package does not arrive by our expected arrival date, please notify us and we
will happily assist you. Please allow us 1 week to investigate your shipment.
Most delivery problems are easily resolved and the shipment is quickly
recovered. However, in the rare occurrence that a shipment is lost, a
replacement order will be sent through the same shipping service that was
originally purchased after the 1 week investigation period. If an incorrect or
incomplete address is provided by the buyer causing the package to be returned,
the buyer will be responsible for any costs to re-ship the package.
