      Items purchased which are found to be faulty will be replaced with the same or an equivalent part.

    You must be 100% sure that the details supplied in the advert match your requirements, if you are unsure in any way at allthen you must phone or e-mail to confirm the details BEFORE purchasing. 

    Your part number must be checked against the one in the advert (if there is one) as items that are supplied correctly but purchased in error or no longer required will not be returnable for refund or credit  If however the management agrees to accept a return this will be subject to a 20% handling charges.
