The bracelet is made of shaped ebony wood in two halves with silver overlay done in detailed incised traditional geometric designs. This is some of the highest quality of work produced and some of the incised lines are as fine as hairs. The silver overlays are pinned through the wood to hold them in place. The hinge and holes for the pin are brass. There are many qualities of this type of bracelet and most are made with plastic backing, but only the best work is reserved for wood and horn. This is a masterpiece of craftsmanship that we find amazing. This bracelet is 100% hand made.
