Dating to the 1920s this authentic flapper era cloche hat is made of cotton sewn into three-dimensional flowers.  There is a striped ribbon and bow as well.  The interior is bare, no lining, it appears that there was a lining that was out, some of it remains around the edges. 

There is some very light staining, I have not tried to clean it.

22 inches around 8 inches tall at the center

 There are no holes, no lining, and no label.
