This is a girls/toddlers 3 piece sleeveless flower girl dress. It is a size small. It measures at 24" in the chest & 24" in the waist, length is 21". It can also be worn as a costume or for dress up. It is white with lavender,pink & blue satin roses around the neckline & bottom of the dress. It has a panel of silver glitter dots on the front.It tulle on top of the skirt as well as underneath. It also has a tulle tie bow so you can make it tighter around the waist.This is a 3 piece set which includes the hair band veil and satin pink hanger! The hair band has the multi colored satin roses, as well as a long veil with scattered satin roses. It is brand new, never worn. The tag says 90% Nylon, 10% Cotton. It is made by Popatu.
