Sunpower Model E-60 Flexible Solar CellsMonocrystalline Super Cells
This listing allows you to get your desired number of cells, along with the recommended "dogbone" connecting bars, and 3mm tabbing strip if you need it, to connect the series together. All you'll need is a flux pen and your soldering gun to be up and running in no time. The E-60 is the latest generation of what is more commonly known as the C-60 cell. It is the same format only newer, higher efficiency.
Cell Size: 5" x 5" (125 x 125 mm to be exact). Solder points on the back, 3 positive points on one side, 3 negative points on other side.
These cells are a pleasure to work with:
- You will not accidentally crack them while putting them together - cells are flexible
- Soldering them together is incredibly easy with the 3-point busbar
- Each cell outputs a high voltage of up to 0.65 volts
They are certainly more expensive than the typical Asian mono and poly cells, BUT they are so worth it! Think about the nightmares of soldering the old fashioned cells together, the ease with which they chip and crack - that alone is worth the investment.
