Vtg Asian / India Painted Wood Carving Doll Woman w Chicken Coming From Market

Up for sale is a terrific hand carved and painted wooden figure or doll.  It's a woman returning from market with a chicken under one arm and the cloth bundle of vegetables on her side.  She has an Asian face but I can't figure out the country of origin--possible from India or Thailand, or Vietnam. I just don't know.  It's nearly 7.75" tall and she's on a little stand.  This in in nice condition with only slight wear.  I purchased this at an estate auction and am uncertain of its origin.

I'm happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases when it can be done in a way that keeps all items safe.
