Payment

Thank You so much for your purchase! 

We kindly ask that all payments must be made within 7 days of auction end. After you have won an auction or used the BUY NOW option, an instruction email will be sent to your eBay registered email address.

After you have completed checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay for the purchase. This way, the order can be automatically downloaded after payment is clear and your order can be dispatched.

Delivery

We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of clear payment (Mon-Fri Only). Our UK couriers usually take 48 hours to deliver your item (1 to 2 working days). Please take into consideration national holidays and postal delays before making a claim. 

International Delivery

International dispatch and arrival times vary depending on location and parcel size. If you wish to deliver to places outside of the country’s listed in our delivery options, please contact us directly for a shipping quote. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other tax charges which we are not liable for.

Collections

Our store opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm. Please give a minimum of 3 hours notice by eBay messaging or telephone to arrange a collection.

Returns

We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

There is no need to open an eBay case when requesting a refund. Just simply contact us directly by email or phone and we will arrange the return of the item for you.
