This great looking, 14"x 54" valance, that's 14" from top to bottom, and 54", from one side of the rod pocket, to the other, with a 1-1/2" rod pocket, was made from: RETRO! 100% cotton, upholstery weight, barkcloth fabric which has been shipped to me from Hawaii. The valance was sewn by an upholsterer(me)on a commercial machine with strong nylon thread, and has a rod pocket, and a ruffle on the top. The pattern is called "Palm Trees", and features palm trees, on a background color of natural.  Florida Residents Pay 7% Sales Tax.
