Things to note
- The SIM card(s) will be activated between 1AM-10AM US Pacific Time (i.e. local time in California). Therefore if you arrive early in the morning, you should consider activating your SIM card(s) one day earlier to ensure that it has already been activated.
- Do not install SIM card until your arrive at your destination country.
- Tethering on mobile phone is supported. Please note that download speed will get throttled when tethering as per T-Mobile policy on data sharing.
- In Mexico, you will need to include the country code “+52” before dialling a local number while in USA and Canada, you dial directly to local numbers.
- International calls are not included - only local calls included.
- Like any other operators T-Mobile has coverage black spots across USA. Please check T-Mobile’s coverage map on its website.
- Guam and Saipan territories are not included in the network coverage while Hawaii and Virgin Islands are covered.
