Very scarce collection of noteds from the lessons of mienralogy and materials for construction held by Prof. Ettore Artini (1866-1928) famosu italian mineralogist and academical.

He got a degree in florence in 1887 under the guide of Carlo de Stefani, fwas assistant of mienralogy in Padova and Milan, where he was also director of the civic Museum of Natural history which had a ide development under his control.

The notes are in handwritten copy and refeer to academical year 1910-1911. The volume can be considered a proof of the definitive work that will be later published in 1920.

In good conditions and complete.

Half leather coeval cover with golden tiutle and decorations in the spine in good general conditions slightly worn in the edges and spine. Binding in good conditions. Inside pages are in good conditions with occasional foxings. SHorizontal tear repaired in pag. 17, 19, 23, 26, 28, 58, 63, 281. Missing text in pag. 23. Pagfes from 393 to 299 bound for a fault between 408 and 409. In 4. cm 28x21. Pp. 1047+(1). Weight Kg. 2,750

Rarissima raccolta di appunti delle lezioni di mineralogia e materiali da costruzione tenute dal Prof. Ettore Artini (1866-1928) celebre mineralogista e accademico italiano.

Laureatosi a Firenze nel 1887 sotto al guida di Carlo de Stefani, fu assistente alla Cattedra di mineralogia a Padova e poi a Milano, dove fu anche direttore del Museo Civico di storia naturale che sotto il suo comando ebbe un notevole sviluppo.

Questa lezioni, redatte in copia manoscritta e si riferiscono all'anno accademico 1910-1911.

Il volume può essere considerato una bozza del volume a stampa che verrà poi pubblicato nel 1920.

In buone condizioni e completo.

Copertina in mezza pelle coeva con titolo e decorazioni in oro al dorso in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure e parti mancanti ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. All'interno le pagine si presentano in buone condizioni con rare fioriture. Strappo orizzontale riparato a pag. 17, 19, 23, 26, 28, 58, 63, 281. Testo mancante a pag. 23.
