This is in excellent condition, and came from a house sale from L. Whitney Standish's nephew.  I was told most of his photographs were taken in either Vermont or Cape Cod.  This looks like probably Vermont, but I am not sure.  This is the original, signed, matted, and framed under glass photograph.  The photograph measures 10" wide X 12 1/2" high, and including the mat, and frame 17" wide X 21" high.  I have other photographs from this collection by L.
