    The FREE postage is for the watch in a bubble envelope without instructions. The watch does have the new Casio tag attached to it. You save money on postage by not getting the Casio watch box or the instructions. You simply receive the watch. I can send the instructions electronically to you via email by request. The more expensive postal rates all have the clock in a case of Casio with instructions.
