EXCELLENT (almost like new) CONDITION

The only thing letting it down is a sticker, that I doubt can be removed, on the inside front cover indicating that this book was given to Ben by his Nan. Judging by the splendid condition that the rest of the book is in, I'd say Ben wasn't particularly interested.
