NGC Graded coins and PMG graded Banknotes are guaranteed on authenticity and condition and can NOT be returned. Items send back damaged or in a different condition we send them cannot be returned. Lots are sold as is and cannot be returned. The customer shall bear the costs of returning all items and shall insure them for their full value.
