Sintered Titanium and Titanium alloy filter elements
Usually, pure titanium or titanium alloy irregular powder is chosen as microporous filter material. It can be formed by isostatic pressing, die pressing and extrusion.
It is mainly used for separation and filtration in basic industries such as petrochemical industry, liquid medicine manufacturing, medical equipment and so on. In 2005, our company independently developed and successfully applied sintered microporous titanium foam plate to artificial oxygenator (artificial lung) and ozone generator. Our company can provide single pipe, through pipe, welding various flanges, nozzles, welded pipe, coiled pipe, filter, filter ring, filter rod, filter cone, filter plate, tape and various titanium powder sintered porous filter elements. 1. The main properties of titanium foam (including tube and plate type) are sintered from high purity titanium powder by sieving and cold isostatic pressing, sintering at high temperature and high vacuum. Therefore, the titanium filter element has unique good performance because of its high-tech material composition and special forming process.
1. Uniform structure, narrow pore size distribution and high separation efficiency.
2. High porosity, low filtration resistance and high permeability.
3. High temperature resistance, generally can be used below 280 degrees.
4. It has good chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and antioxidant properties.
5. No particulate peeling, no secondary contamination of raw liquor, which meets the requirements of food hygiene and pharmaceutical GMP.
6. It has good mechanical properties, can be filtered by pressure and can be filtered by suction, and is easy to operate.
7. Low pressure difference, small area and large flow.
8. It has strong antimicrobial ability and does not interact with microorganisms.
9. The forming process is good. The whole length without welding can reach 1000 mm.
10. On-line regeneration, easy cleaning and long service life (usually several times as long as the membrane filter element)

Titanium filter element can be widely used in pharmaceutical industry, water treatment industry, food industry, bioengineering, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry and gas purification field because of its unique performance. 2. Removal of impurities, decarbonization and fine filtration of materials in the process of API production.
3. Ultrafiltration, RO, EDI system security filtering, ozone sterilization filtering and ozone aeration in water treatment industry.
4. Clarification and filtration of beverages, white sprays, beer, vegetable oils, mineral water, soy sauce and vinegar in food and beverage.
5. Decarbonization and precise filtration of liquid products, liquid raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediates in chemical industry, recovery of superfine fine particles and catalysts, precise filtration after resin adsorption, impurity removal and filtration of system heat conducting oil and materials, catalytic gas purification, etc.
