Embroidery reads- "SWEET ARE THE THOUGHTS THAT SAVOR OF CONTENT THE QUIET MIND IS RICHER THAN A CROWN". (American spelling of Savour= Savor)

Good condition for age -  words are very legible- please see pics- no age date, we would guess early- mid 20th century.
