Returns are not accepted for items sold “AS-IS”.  If the item comes with a warranty, the buyer must contact us within the specified warranty-period to arrange an exchange (if available) or return/refund.  Returns are only accepted for warrantied items that are D.O.A.  Returned items must be returned in the same condition received (no signs of abuse, misapplied power, disassembled etc.).

Packaging/Handling/Shipping:

All items are packaged appropriately to protect the contents from shipping damage.  We do NOT charge a separate handling fee.  We do not ship outside of the United States or Canada.  Buyers must contact us to make arrangements for items requiring LTL shipment.
