it does not get better!  I have had this in my personal collection for many years and have never worn it.  I look at it from time to time as it is so amazing!  Time to purge!  I brought it into Hermes' and they said that it was definitely authentic and most probably from the 1940s-1950s.

It is amazing  The leather part leading to the clasp is perfect and traditional for Hermes', as is the clasp.  The necklace sides of raised ovals have rows of ebony inlay alternating with sterling and the collar piece comes down from there in a Tuareg design.  From this part, there are rows of inlay, alternating with sterling and ebony, culminating in a phenomenal, flawless flat carnelian bottom!  I guarantee that is is even better in person!

The measurements are as follows: each leather side is 4.25" and the clasp is 1' by.5".  The carnelian is 1.25" by .25".  The total length for wear is 17".  From the center, above the raised square to the bottom of the drop, is 2.6" and the widest part of the drop is 2.4".

The piece is hallmarked everywhere with both Hermes' and Tuareg stamps!

If it doesn't sell on eBay, I have two auction houses interested but I so hate that ridiculous buyer's premium!

I always stand by my descriptions and will provide returns only if not as described.
