Hood / Hardtop Catch Stopper, Mk1/2/2.5

Genuine Mazda replacement front hood & hardtop catch stopper. This little plastic cap goes over the end of each of the hood catch nipples where they fit into the cup on the header rail. If your hood is leaking in the front corners then these are the first thing to check. If they are broken or missing then the hood is won't be making a proper seal and it doesn't matter what else you replace or adjust you are unlikely to fix it. To fit, simply remove the three screws holding the hood catch on, then remove the single screw on the back of the cap. Supplied individually, two are required per car (one per catch). Fits all Mk1, Mk2 & 2.5 MX5 models, 1989>2003 up to chassis number 304724.

Please Note: These will not fit later Mk2.5 models which had a larger cap. These ones are no longer available from Mazda.

We understand that its really important for you to receive your goods in a timely fashion and for a competitive price. To ensure that we can deliver this we have developed a strategic partnership with both the RoyalMail and Think Worldwide.

Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days by Royal Mail, and 1-2 working days by UK Mail for mainland UK addresses. If you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, we will aim to dispatch the same day. If you order after 3pm, we will try to dispatch the same day, but if we can’t it will be the next working day. Items ordered after 3pm Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched Monday. Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, shipping times are an estimate, and can not be guaranteed.

Deliveries outside the UK including those to mainland Europe may be subject to import duty and taxes imposed by your customs as well as clearance charges by the courier. You are responsible for these charges which are not included in the final sales price. Requests for payment of these charges will most likely be made by the agent prior to delivery.

All goods are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately, Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.
